2. Description of Service

Bookflow is a relationship memory system that helps you capture moments, reflect on your relationships, and express yourself naturally. The Service includes features for recording moments, generating AI-powered summaries, managing connections, and receiving reminders.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Bookflow offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free: Limited features with 1 connection
  • Starter ($9.99/month): Full features with 10 connections
  • Plus ($19.99/month): Premium features with 20 connections

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, including moments, profiles, and uploaded media. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Use your content with AI services to generate personalized features
  • Create backups for data protection purposes

You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate content such as Weekly Flow summaries and Express messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sharing it externally.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
